Psyllium husk is made from portions of the seeds of the plant Plantago ovata, a native of India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. They are hygroscopic, which allows them to expand and become mucilaginous. Psyllium husks are a rich source of soluble and insoluble fibers. The fibers have an important part in healthy nutrition, especially for digestion.
How to Use
Serving Size: 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 g) per serving.
Container: 150 g
Take 1-2 teaspoons a day with a sufficient amount of water or according to the instructions of the medical staff.
Storage: Store the product in a dry and cool place and do not expose it to direct light and heat.
